As part of the design and animation team at ArtClass, I worked on the texting UI and additional graphics for XO, Kitty, which were later composited into the show's shots across all three seasons.

The main challenge was keeping the look consistent across three seasons while still letting it evolve. Each character's texting UI needed its own personality, so I used color as the main tool for that, shifting the palette in subtle ways as new characters were introduced and existing ones changed. The look moved from brighter, citrus toned colors in Season 1 to richer, jewel toned gradients by Season 3, tracking the show's growth without breaking visual continuity.
